Customer Service & Sales Advisor (Tiverton, Devon)

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our team in Tiverton, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of customer
satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Floris products, Bespoke services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An interest in fragrance, heritage or beauty brands.
  • A positive, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Experience working with SAGE & Shopify is preferred

Hours

  • Monday to Friday (we can be flexible with this)
  • Part-time hours. (ideally 12-5pm, but hours can be discussed)
